Digital Switchover
The UK is moving toward a digital age. Both the landline telephone and 2G/3G mobile networks are changing, which may impact council services for residents.
Hartburn is a village in Northumberland situated approximately 6 miles to the west of Morpeth. Hartburn PC is made up of 6 Councillors who are assisted by a part-time clerk. The Council meets during the months of March, May, September and November to consider issues affecting the local community. Meetings are held at St Andrews Church in Hartburn starting at 6.00pm. Members of the public may attend any of the meetings.
